Tech Pro: Shading Medium

Warhammer Shading Medium can be added to Tone Pro paints to thin them into washes and glazes.

Warhammer Tech Pro - Shading Medium is formulated to work with Warhammer Tone Pro paints, giving you new ways to use this wonderfully versatile range. Essentially a paint with no colour added, it can be used to reduce the pigment density without altering the flow and finish properties.

By mixing a little Shading Medium into any colour in the range, you can thin it into a wash that will flow into the recesses of your miniatures - perfect for darkening the shadows and increasing the contrast of your colour scheme. Add a little more to create a glaze, a semi-transparent filter that can be applied thinly to subtly brighten, darken, or alter a colour, allowing you to add interesting effects or apply multiple thin layers to create smooth transitions.

Supplied in an 18ml pot.
