This is the Rayquaza "Pokemon" plastic model kit from the "Pokemon" Model Kit Series by Bandai Spirits.

The Legendary Pokemon Rauquaza is now available as an easy to assemble model kit! Its serpentine dragon shape is recreated using color separated individually rotating segments allowing a wide variety of dynamic poses. In addition its mouth and arms can move also! Comes with cloud display stand and stickers.
